Dear Sir,
A sms pack on 17th june,2012 renewed on my cell no. 9034678001. from 21th of june,i can’t get benefit of this sms pack. i contact to airtel’s customer care, but they are not solving this problem. i have done 4 times complaint to them, but they not giving satisfactory response.
