Benefit of 3g worth Rs.247 not credited

Location/place: Imphal

Name of company/service: RELIANCE TELECOM

I recharged of Rs.247 for 3g data plan on 11-7-2012 through instant recharge(online)but I don’t get the benefit still now, I already complaint to reliance customer care for more than 8 times and the costumer care executives fraud me by telling that the matter will be resolved within 3 days.
