Being fraud by an advisor of Birla Sun Life Insurance

I did a Life insurance policy with Birla Sun Life Insurance for the sum of 2,90,650, I paid 20,000 in the first term.From a sales man of Snowtex Investent Ltd. I got a phone call whose advisor code is 001639, he told me that the policy is for 5 years and after the said time I can get back 1,48,000. But when I received the policy document I did notice that it is for 20 years pay term, I did contact with the agent but he told me that I can withdraw the policy after 5 years and I will get the said value. I also contacted with their Shakespear Sarani Branch and they told me that the information is wrong. I gave a complaint notice to that branch on 09.01.2013. I got a confirmation letter form them stating that the policy is for 20 years pay term and policy term won’t be changed. It will not be decided now what amount I will get after 5 years if I withdraw the policy it will depend on the market value it might also get reduced. I think I have been cheated by the advisor, please put your kind attention on the matter and I want I get back my paid 20,000.
