Been cheated by sales executuves of tikona

I was cheated by tikona sales executive who promised me internet services and took money without giving me a receipt assuring me the receipt when the internet would be fixed.He stopped answering my calls post that and his messaged me his senior’s number and the senior did the same thing too.The man who cheated is called kaplesh :9664731484 and his senior is swapnil:9773703921
