Hi,

I am KiranKumar Kallem. I have had a very unprofessoinal customer service experaince from Beam Telecom.
I have been using Beam Telecom since 1+ years. I lodges a request to shift the line from Habsiguda to LB nagar in hyderabad
and i payed shifting charges inline 14th February.
For the past 25 days I have been complaining about the line shifting problem and to my surprise
every time a ticket is raised and it is closed without my confirmation.I called so many time around 10 times a day…
they are closing each time without taking confirmation from me.If i ask the reason for the delay in shifting,
the call executives will not give the reason only they will tell call resolved within 24 hrs…
when the 24 hrs hours will come??

What a Customer Service… Superb?

If i ask the call executive to connect supervisor, the call executive put my line in hold for few mins
and return back with routine dialogue “All supervisors are busy”
There is no answer for my problem, thats why supervisors are busy…
i got supervisors in line only two times in 25 days.They will tell same reason…”we will resolve 24 hrs”.
If they tell the correct reason like feasibility or connection problems..then customer will go for new provider..
this is cheating and irritating the customer..any finally after 100 calls yesterday they have shifted the connection after 25 days
i have recorded many call executives and supervisors dialogues..

i am going for consumer forum with reocrds against beamtel…
