Within 5 month battery fail i all ready paid Rs.800 for it at local service center MEHSANA MS. HARI OM MOBILE M-9409340641 MR.KETAN PATEL
From dt. 7/5/15 i am suffered no proper answer given to me .i called to coustomer care 5 to 6 times they call me conntect to service center. my cell
pls help me .m- 9426612408

    I have purchased a XOLO OMEGA 5.5 mobile 2months back. Due to my carelessness the Mobile screen got cracked. So I wont get any warranty for my mobile until I repair the screen. Now I found some issues with my head phone. I am unable to hear sound with one of the ear piece. So I went to the service center with the bill for replacement of the head phone and also to take an approx estimate to repair the broken screen.
    The behavior of the service center executives were horrible and I was shocked to hear from them that I wont get warranty on headphone since it a damage case.
    I don’t understand then what is the purpose of giving two different warranties for accessories and mobile. If I would have gone to customer care without the phone and ask them to change the head phone showing the invoice copy of the same, I hope they are bound to replace. There were no terms and conditions written regarding the accessories if the mobile gets damaged since mobile is a separate entity and head phone is also a separate entity under different manufacturing warranty.

    Please take a look into it. The XOLO Mobile Service centre executives are very harsh and rude while dealing with the customers. Please have a look into it.
