Battery problem/Webcam problem

Name of company/service: Acer
I purchased Acer One in July 2010.Since purchase I am facing problem in Webcam.Whenever I try to use the inbuilt camera,my laptop shuts down,I approached the customer care but they could not solve it.Now battery back up has also gone for a toss, less than 30 minutes.
Please help

Should be in warranty, demand replacement of parts.
