I OWN A AUDI Q3 TOP MODEL REG. NO. MH48R7860
MY CAR’S BATTERY HAS BEEN DRAINED THRICE IN THE 5 YEAR.AND HAVE BEEN STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE
I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN 2-3 MAILS TO THE COMPANY AND THE DEALER THOUGH.
BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM DEALER AS WELL AS THE COMPANY.
I THINK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DOES MATTERS TO THEM BUT WHEN YOU ARE PURCHASING A NEW CAR, NOT WHEN YOU EXPECT A GOOD SERVICE.
I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE RESPONSE I GOT .
THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A AUTOMOBILE COMPANY LIKE AUDI.
