I have purchased Iball Slide 1026-Q18 3G Tablet on 28th August 2014, due to certain reason I have given it for repair at “Best IT World (I) Pvt. Ltd. Add.: Shop No. 53/54/55, Sindhi Colony Shopping Center, Mondha Naka, Jalna Road Aurangabad (MS) 431003” Which is Authorized Iball Service Center in Aurangabad City.
I have never seen & expected such worst service from Iball.
When I approached the Service Centre for assistance pertaining to battery problem with my iball Slide, they suggested that battery needs to be replaced. I simply requested them to replace the battery if required as tablet is still in warranty period. But I shocked after their response, as one of them told we can’t replace it free of cost. Can management of iball being a big organization explain me why my battery can’t be replaced free of cost as it is under warranty period? I am seriously frustrated to get such response from such a big company. Is this iball???????
