Bata is not refunding the amount paid for an order which was cancelled by BATA

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Bata Shoe Company

I have placed order for 2 pairs of shoes in online site of bata.co.in on 18-12-12 vide order no 10104824.I have made the payment by my credit card. I have received one pair of shoes. The site displays that the delivery period of 2-8 days. on 1-1-13 I received a mail from [email protected]. The mail informed me that one of the pairs of shoes cannot be supplied by them for one of the reasons:
1.Product out of stock/defective
2.Product size not available
3.Payment not realized
4.Non serviceable location

As the point 3 & 4 cannot be the reason due to the fact that Bata has confirmed that they have received the payment while confirming the order. As they have delivered the part shipment so my location cannot be Non serviceable.

Bata promised in the mail,which informed me that they cannot supply the item, that the amount will be credited to my credit card in 6-8 working days. Already 10 working days have passed but the amount was not credited to my account.
