bank fraud

Name of company/service: Bank of India

I have added my father bank of india a/c in my sbi online banking and by mistake I put wrong a/c number but all details like name and address was same. and it was showing my father name after beneficiary approval.
On 4 august 2012 I sent Rs 15000/- to that a/c. but this money went to a woman a/c.
How its possible. even now it is showing my father name in my internet banking
