I recharged a ₹2 internet pack but ₹4 has been deducted. The pack is auto renewal pack so I deactivated it on the same day, but they deducting my balance and when I am calling the customer care, every time they are telling that “there is no update by now please call after two hours”.
And it is not happened for the first time, this a is a continuous process of the company.
