Balanced Deducted – Deceived from Reliance

Name of company/service: Reliance India Mobile – Prepaid – Hyderabad

Hello,

My number is “7569032846”, reliance-gsm. My balance was Rs52/- till 6th May 2013. I subscribed to WhatsApp on 6th May 2013 which is worth Rs16/- for 30days. Slowly my balance got reduced to Rs4/- today. This is cheating from reliance communications. I’m fedup with Reliance. Just check out the proof below.

3. Select WhatsApp plan

I need my money back, otherwise I will never ever recharge my mobile and I will move out this network.

    Dear Customer,

    We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, as per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you have been charged correctly for Gprs Usage instead of whatsapp which is correct (i.e. 10p/10kb) & there is no other wrong deduction found.
