Balance deductions / Unauthorised Charges

dear sir,

my name is nadiq. in my number 8891368435. I have been charged rs 16 and rs 25 something yesterday for some vas service which i have never manually activated on my number. as per sms recvd, I tried calling 15223 but while choosing option for deactivating, the call automatically gets cuts and when trying *191# it shows no service is activated..
now i lost my money wen i recharged again.
i had earlier complained about this issue and they assured me that
they will stop all vas in my number. but they have not done anything
about it.
I REPEAT, I DO NOT WANT ANY VAS SERVICES AND I WANT MY REFUND BACK.
CANCEL ALL VAS SERVICES IN MY ACCOUNT.
i am really frustrated because of this cheap type of service by you.
please refund my money back and stop all the value
added service in my number.. pls refund my money because as and when i recharge you guys cut the money. because of this i cant recharge also.

i anticipate that u will do the needful to stop the services in my
number and refund my money as soon as possible at your end. hope my
complaint is considered by you at the earliest. i really do not want
any vas service from you..

    The Vas service has been successfully deactivated and also an amount of Rs. 50/- already credited back to the account.
