balance deduction wiyhout reason

Sir I am rakesh murmu iam using tata docomo number my number is 9046527362. I use the connection only for internet usage and i recharge with internet packs. but still they deducted amount of 5 rs on 3.09.12 and 2 few days before for download and they also deduct amount of rs 1 per day because of some subcription.but i i never subscribe to any thing to my nuber bt still they are teeling me that some service has been activated and my balance is deducted.when i asked for refund they refused and said do whatever i can do. therefore i am complaining to you against tata docomo telecom service for improper balance deduction.
