balance deduction without any reson

Location/place: raipur chhattisgarh

Name of company/service: tata docomo

tata docomo deducted my balance of 10₹ and then again 10₹ before that they were also cut my balance many time. i am trying tata docomo custmer care no many times but they are not responding.
