Hello,I am Avik Goon from kolkata my aircel prepaid number is:-7278736538.From Thursday(29.11.12) aircel is deducting my balance without no reason,even i am not using a single vas service.The deductions are below:
First deduction:I had RS.9.29 in mu a/c.RS.5 has been deducted and balance came to rs.4.29.
Second deduction:Next day at around 2.30pm(approx.) another deduction made of RS.4.00 and balance came to RS.0.29.
Third deduction: Yesterday I recharged my a/c with rs.10 again rs.5 deducted from my a/c and now my balance is Rs.2
Fourth deduction:again rs.5
Fifth deduction:after deactivating the service calling custome care again it was activated automatically.and rs.5 deducted.
when i call them they just saying like a parrot:-
“Sir,we would like to inform you that the VAS Service has been activated in your number through Web. As per company policy we are unable to credit back the amount in your main account.”
–so it means they can’t refund it but they can steal anyone’s money and say this type of bullshits.what they think about users that we are illiterate or dumb that we make same mistake again and again in a same day.I am fade up by saying i am a old user of aircel and other companies i know that which service is chargable and which not.I am not asking for refund but please for GOD SAKE STOP THE STEALING..we have to work hard for earning money…
