Balance deduction for their own service activation

Sir today 03-04-2016, at 15:06 i got a message from BSNL that, YOU HAVE SUCESSFULLY ACTIVATED “GANG OF FRIENDS ” service. And Rs-50 deducted for the same. I have not activated any service. After 13:17 hrs i have not picked my phone.I called customer service excecutive he replied that if open some messages, automatically service will activate and told me wait to forward his officer. But i waited for 15 minutes. No reply. Again i called customer service Mr.Jai singh, he replied that no services activated to your number. But anyway 50 rupees gone. My time waste and money loss. If they are doing 10000 persons per day they will get 500000 per day without any service. So please take necessary action.
