my name is chaitanya j. mulay…my idea mob no. is +919623232258….on this no. i was activated blackberry services plan 399..on 15/01/2013.in this plan there is unlimited uses of internet (except youtube)..while i browsing in my handset balance deducted….i call custmer care and blackberry helpline of idea cellular india…BBhelpline assistant told there is problem of WAP services activated on your no….contact customer care and tell them to deactivate WAP ser.. i call customer care they always telling me that there is no WAP on ur no….all this give me headech..now whta can i do….my alternet no. is +919689009088….please solve my problem as soon as ……..otherwise i will submit case in court….i will sou…idea for deduction of balance and giving wrong information.about everything……
