Balance deduction of my prepaid mobile-9036629311 bangalore region

Dear Sir,
I have Recharged 120rs on 03-9-2013 and from the same i have called only one std number for around 5mts only(as i had opted for Rs 203 -30000 local seconds free for 1 month before this recharge).
But idea is deducting the amount in the name of gprs which i have never used, i called the customer care once and they told me to delete all internet settings which i did.
But in vain again my amount is deducting. Again i called the customer care and got no proper response.
I request you to debit my balance amount as i haven’t used the gprs.This is for your information and necessary action.
