Balance deduction of 46.00 INR in my Uninor sim by company itself.

Name of company/service: Uninor Telecom

I have one Uninor Sim.Deduction done on 10-06-2012 at evening or 11-06-2012 morning. I called customer care dated 11-06-2012 morning, again on 13-06-2012 at night and he told me that you get refund up to at 10.00 PM. But still the balance was not refunded. So my complaint against Uninor telecom that they take my money and most valuable time both and provide proper refund.
