Balance deduction for no reason at all.

I am a prepaid subscriber of Aircel with Number 9874678792. I received messages having written ” Thank you for using Aircel ” and found my balance gets deducted. Sometimes Rs. 5, sometimes Rs 50 and sometimes Rs 200. While complaining to their customer care number, they said to make off some of the service which I never requested to activate. All this while, they deduct 4 times my balance and returned only once. I found this service absolutely frustrating. This company cheat customers like this. I need their reply in this forum as early as possible and also to my email Id [email protected].
