balance deduction from idea customer care agent mauni rajput

i have done message for port out from idea because they are deducting my balance simultaniously.. but still i have not port.. then after that i got call from idea and an agent named mauni rajput talk with me and she had deactivate service of missed call alert without asking me. which service was activated approx 2 years ago and that service was charged me rs. 15 and now it is of rs 30/- so please i want justice for that.. i want that service back
