balance deduction from my mobile in wrong way

<p><b>Location/place</b>: aurangabad(Maharashtra)</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance(gsm)</p>STV37(first 200 minute std calls @25paise then after completion 200 minute,std calls charges @40paise/minute),this is provided by reliance.

Yet I recharged STV37 but there is no any benefits i got.
My std call rate is @40/minute, I don’t gotted first 200 minute @25paise/minute.
