Balance deduction for no reason and poor service by airtel

I am using Airtel 2g internet on my number (9560681856) worth Rs 199…it gave speed of 15-20 kbps but after usage of 2 gb it got reduced to 3-6 kbps..i had to download some urgent files so i decided to buy 30 minutes 3g pack worth rs 11..but i couldn’t activate that pack because my 2g internet was already activated…so i waited for some hours and tried to activate night internet pack worth Rs 9,that is supposed to give 400 mb for one night..it got activated within minutes and i activated it because i wanted to have more speed…but after activation too my internet was slow and giving very poor speed of 3-6 kbps…also, when i turned off my internet then i didn’t get msg from airtel that we get normally when internet is used showing how much memory is left…so i figured out that my rs 9 pack was never activated,but i was charged for no reason..i had to recharge my phone for it because i had only rs 7.91 …so i recharged with rs 10 and my balance was Rs 14,and after activation it became rs 5
after this, as i couldn’t do my important work on internet so i decided to activate Rs 11 3g internet on my another number…(i.e. 8130871611)
it also had rs 7 in it and i recharged with rs 10 like earlier. then i replaced sim cards and lost 1 Re from each sim card for no reason. Then i activated 3g on my second number and after a few seconds, i received a message that 3g has been successfully activated. So i bought Rs 11 3g pack for 30 minutes and like before,it successfully got activate d and my balance was deducted
when i started downloading my files i realized that i wasn’t on 3g network,but instead, it was same 2g as the speed was not going beyond 10kbps…so like previous time i tried changing my phone’s settings like switching between 2g and 3g network and it was of no use…also, i re downloaded internet settings from customer care but it was of no use
after some time, i wasn’t even able to use internet at all, when i checked then i saw that my balance was deducted without any reason and it was now 0
i tried calling customer care executive but my call wasn’t connected due to low balance…i was so much frustrated and sick of this so now unfortunately without contacting customer care service i have to file a complaint against airtel for their pathetic service and the issues i went through
i demand a refund of rs 40-50 for deducting my balance without any reason and wasting my money on buying recharge coupons..also for the inconvenience caused due to poor service
