Balance deduction for no reason

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jaipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea Cellular Limited</p>I have an idea sim card with mobile no. 8504061925.
On Apr 25, 2013 at 00:11 I have received a message from IZ-IDEACMS texted as:-
Dear costumer, thank you for downloading new games from Handygo. You have been charged Rs 50.
After this Rs 50 was deducted from my account and the balance became negative.
But I have not downloaded any game and did not find any downloaded item in my device.
Also I have taken unlimited data plan on the same number which is valid till Apr 27, 2013. But this is also deactivated before time.
I have contacted idea costumer care for the solution of my problem but they did not make me satisfied.
Now I have the only way to register my complain in consumer forum and I hope that this issue will be solved here. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
