Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Padmini, and i have been using airtel prepaid services from past 3 years. however, this AIRTEL company always activates unneccesary services without our consent and the balance is deducted. my repeated complaints to the customer care is of no use as all the custmer care exedcutive are trained to do so. Request for a serious action to be taken on the company as they activate services like cricinfo,friendster , miss-call registration etc… if i being techo savvy is so irriatted just imagine the state of elders and uneducated people who are suffering the wrath. i still believe the justice in this country before trying other means. i want the company to apologize and refund my money which they have been looting from 3 months in the name of unknown services.
