Balance Deduction — Cheating

Hi,

TATA docomo have deducted my balance for which i have logged a complaint for refund but yet amount is not refunded and logged complaint is closed.

And on follow they are asking to call on other number and calling on other number there are not picking up the phone asking us to mark a email.

This is happen a many times. Also TATA docomo executive are providing wrong information first they will take a complaint later on will say this is not a right number of contact.

Please find the logged complaint no with TATA which is unresolved and closed.

Want to take a strict action against them as they are cheating the customer and have made other type business as first they will deduct balance and lated on will ask to call on 121 a chargeable no. This is clear cheating and hidden busineess.

Pls look into this and hoping a faith esponse from your end.
