BALANCE DEDUCTION AFTER APPLYING BONUS CARD

SIR I HAVE RECHARGED MY RELIANCE NO.8287990073 ON 28 JUNE 2014 WITH RS-79 A BONUS CARD WHICH STATES THAT UNLIMITED R2R FROM 11 PM TO 6 AM PLUS 500 R2R STD MIN. BUT WHEN I AM CALLING SOMEONE MY BALANCE IS STILL DEDUCTING…AND WHEN I M TRYING TO CALL ON 198 THE CALL IS NOT CONNECTING WITH THE CSR AND GOT DISCONNECT ON ITS OWN.SO I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM FOR NOT GIVING THE FACILITY TO THE CUSTOMER AND DOING FRAUD WITH THEM…..PLS HELP ME REGARDING THIS PLS PLS..
