Balance Deduction Amount not refund

Hello Sir/Madam

This is the 3rd Time i am writing and there is no action taken from consumer court and if this is the case then i have to proceed furthur and very seriously regarding my balance deduction which was around Rs80, data pack and terrif recharge/rate cutter.I have talked to the escalation department but there is no response from them.If this case then all is clear and final i have to take some serios action against the reliance service and consumer court paid by reliance for their negligiance.
