i am deep gaurav from haridwar ,my tata docomo no… 8267935509… .i was already having net pack( Rs. 250) that have been rechaged on 28 jan and 11 feb . and its validity is upto 1 month. inspite of THAT balance has been deducted on 15 feb to 23 feb. i have been deducted Rs. 1431. plz check the details and solve it…plzzzzz ,,,,,,,,,,, i have talked customer care and mailed also to tata docomo officers. they always used to tell me that you have been charged for net using, how it can be possible if i am having net pack of Rs.250 ( unlimited net for a month).. i have also visited tata docomo outlet in haridwar (uttarakhand) they also not helped me.. plzzzzzz..
