Balance Deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Reliance Service for more than 1 year and every time I facing the problem of balance deduction. My contact no: 8820307286, everytime I recharge my number and I had find that each consecutive my balance got deducted from my account for any service activation without my knowledge. Every time I have to call their customer care for same and without providing any information they dis connect the call from their end also some time they use abusive languages. On 20th Nov’12 I ‘ve recharhed my a/c with sum of Rs.55 and on 21th Nov’12 they deducted 55 3(prev bal) total Rs.58 from my account. Now I cant able to call their customer care coz everytime when I am calling then error msg I can hear ‘this facility is not available’ also I’d gone to Reliance Web World but they are also not able to provide me any solution. From Last days I am complaining to stop the services activated on my number but everytime they are making fool by saying that we had de-activated all services.
I request you to kind help meto get rid in this matter also refund my balance to my account.
