Balance Deduction

6 august 2012 95 rupees deducted from my balance for gprs subscription. but i didnot use that service. i didnot subscribe that service.6-8-2012 Night i called customer care for deactivation of gprs facility,he told me deactive gprs subscription and you get money with in 48 hours.After 48 hours they telling they Can’t Refund Amount.Again I Logged Compliant Tata Docomo Portal( reference number is 567520)Till Now No Response.mobile no. 8147916627,Vivek KN.
