Balance Deduction

Sir,
on dated 10/08/2016 07:23 PM mujhe airtel company se ek message receive hua jisme likha tha mere phone par love alert ke naam se koi service activate ki gayi hai or is service ke liye airtel ne mere balance mein se Rs.30/- for one month charge kiye hai.

iske liye jab maine airtel customer care no.198 par phone kiya to unke exicutive jiska naam Mr. Nitish hai, unhone bola ki ye service maine he activate karayi hai. Jabki mujhe na to koi aisa message aya or na he call jisse main ye service activate karau. Jab maine unko jyada bola to unhone meri call apne senior Mr. Mayank ko transfer kar diya or maine unko bhi bola ki sir maine aisi koi service activate nahi karayi to unhone mujhe he jhootha batate hue bol diya ki service apne he activate karayi hai or apka balance refund nahi hoga. iske bad maine unko bola ki sir main apki complaint karunga to unhone bola complaint karni hai kar do but balance wapas nahi kiya jayega.

sir meri bus yahi request hai ki jo ye mobile company wale apni manmani karke kisi bhi service ko activate karke logo ke sath fraud karte hai wo band hona chahiye. Because aj mere sath hua hai or najane kitno ke sath ye aisa he karke apna bank balance badhate hoge.
