Yesterday around 6.33pm I was recharged 50 rs to my aircel no 9865728838 after that I got recharge msg it shown rs 40.67 approx. I checked *111# and *111*99# option both will show the data balance 21MB. Then I used my internet suddenly my main balance amount was gone. Immediately I called the customer care at 7.44pm, they told after 4hours only our system shows the reason for your deduction. Today morning again I called the customer care the still the reason not show their system. What I have to do I want my money bank I have all records audio and picture. Kindly do the needful
