Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and i use a prepaid number.My no is 9804762302. Recently, I receive messages on my mobile suddenly that “Thanks for subscribing kolISD18,sms3,pi pack. After that my balance get reduced by 18 rupees or 20 rupees. This has been happening for the third time in this month. I didn’t activated these services. This messages r automatically come around 11:55 p.m everyday. Now this is getting even worse. Customer care executives are not even ready to listen to me. Whenever i want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. Kindly help.

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 18 /- got deducted dated- 13/11/2015 due to self recharge . Hence, not refundable.
