My name is intended singh shekhawat. My Aircel no. Is 7790961944. On 6 nov 2015 morning my main Balance in Aircel was above Rs50. But at evening it wat Rs2 only. Without any reason they deducted Rs50 from my balance. Its not the first time happening like this.. Many times before they deducted from my main balance.. Even also from my promo balance. When I called customer care.. They just says ” there is some mistake in our system.. We need to update it.. Call us later” .. And when I call again.. They says that I downloaded something.. And that’s why they deducted my balance. I am using a normal phone.. Which has no Internet service in it.. How can I download something..in short..i am not satisfied with their excuses.. Please do something about it.
