Balance deduction

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hello,
I recharged my number 9769559650 with 99Rs for internet pack.Got recharged successful message at about 9:35am on Jun 30 ,2012.When i used internet my balance got deducted two time,first at about 10:30 am and second at 11 am.Called customer care for a week got different opinion from different receivers like will be refunded ,looking into it, back office will look.
Now i got an answer finally after one week that MBs were not updated by that time when you used.
My case is it is customer’s fault that MBs weren’t updated in Vodafone back office.
Also i haven’t got an message “Your MBs will be updated after some hours”
