Dear sir,
I am using a aircel no-(9733620565) for the last two year.From last five month balance is deducting from my account continuously .
Every five days after Rs:5 is getting deducted from may mobile no.
I complained each time to the aircel customer care but every time they said that i am using a service named “hungama” thats why is the balance is deducting every time.Though i did not use any of that service, I told them to stop the service,they told me that they had stop the service & no more balance will be deducted for this purpose.
But the problem has not solved yet.
Please help me,I cannot change this mobile no ,because this no is very much needed.
