My airtel prepaid no. is 9897200152. I got a free ringtone from company as swachh bharat abhiyan without any subscription charge. but company charged rs. 24 from my balance and not refunding my balance to me when I asked to talk with the superior person then rejected my call by saying that if you want to go to consumer forum then you may go but company will not refund any type of amount to you.
One more thing there is no pre information to deduct the balance. I got the message after deduction of the balance. Please help me to back my balance.
