my Vodafone no. is 9828504734
I receive a call last week from Vodafone care about an offer which reduce call rate for 12 weeks for Rs. 195/-
I said I am not interested to active any plan
but after that when I check my balance I found Rs.195/- short
when I call them for complain then they said that I request to active this plan now they cant refund this amount
I have send several mails to Vodafone nodal office but they are saying that I made this request they cant refund the credit.
this is clear cheating they are doing with consumer.
I recharge my mobile to make call for me not for Vodafone to deduct money from my account.
please help me on this
