Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
I registered a complain SR221952073 to reliance customer care for wrong amount deduction on 26/06/2014.
I have 217 MB net balance before i started using net. When i stopped using internet there was 1.27MB left in
my account. But still RS 111.6 had been deducted from my balance.
On the other day Reliance Telecom refunded RS 84.12 and said the rest deductions are correct.
I am not agree with them because i have not used more than 200MB data on that day.
So i want your help.
