BALANCE DEDUCTION

Location/place: JAMNAGAR GUJARAT

Name of company/service: RELIANCE

Respected Sir, i have a sim card of tata docomo 8871576074 on 21st july 13 i had started 2G internet with 77rs recharge but now they are deducting from my balance also why? i could not understand. even i had called 4 times on their toll free numbers 18602665555 but they are not giving sufficient answer please help me how to come out with this follish type stiuation where i losing my balance and data also.even data is not deducted anywhere it is still 750 mb which was providing by company.please take strict action agains them.they are making fools to peoples.
