balance deduction

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

My name is Nitin Agarwal. I’m living in Agra (Uttar Pradesh). I have a tata docomo sim with number 9808969664 .on 16-6-2013 morning nearly 2.31 Am my balance of Rs. 30/- was deducted by the company saying you have activated love quotes. Then i tried to call customer care but no response. After making many calls finally i got connected with customer care, i told the representative the whole scenario, then he gave me the shocking reply that “Sir, on 16 june 2013 at 2.31 am we made a call to u and u reply that call and u only activated this service on your phone so we deducted balance from your phone”. Bt sir, as far as i remember that i haven’t received any such call, because at that time on 2.31 am mostly peoples sleeps.
