Name of company/service: Airtel
from last week, my balance is deducted regularly. i called to customer care for the reason, they told me that i recharged value added service from the main balance but i had not recharged any kind of service.
i request them to close the services. they send me a url and said that to go on that url, your services will be closed. when i switched on that url link it never opened.
i called customer care again they told me the same but the problem was not resolved.
