My vodafine number is – 9638306565
I am using unlimited internet plan of rupees 201 from date which this plan started
Many times they said that this is an auto renewable plan but at the time of renewable it’s not renew and my lots of balance gone. And this happen again and again. Every time they told me that now this is an auto renewable skim and every time my balance gets cutted by that. I also complaint about that but no necessary steps taken. Now that’s a old metter the new thing is

Recently I bought Samsung galaxy grand. At that time my skim of unlimited internet was active. And when I check my balance today (dt. 30.05.13) it 150 less then which it should be. Then I call customer care and ask about my cutted balance they replied me that with Samsung galaxy grand your 3G skim was activated. And your old skim of unlimited internet was deactivated. And I haven’t any confirmation or notification about that . they should ask me to activate 3g skim and deactivate my unlilited internet plan. And because of that my balance deducted aroud Rs 150. And my unlimited skim is also deactivated
I request you to please take some necessary steps on it

    Please be informed, we are processing a credit of Rs 140/- towards GPRS charges deducted from your account after 2 GB utilization of data pack. Note that, Rs 201/- unlimited pack is not an auto-renewal pack. If you recharge with the same, Samsung galaxy offer will be discontinued from your Vodafone number. The said credit will be credited in your main balance within 5 working days.
