Balance deduction

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Aircel telecom

I have an Aircel prepaid mobile connection number 8802152283. On 25th may when I checked my balance I found 30 rs deducted from my account. I tried to contact customer care but unable to talk because no apto on available to talk to customer care executive. When I checked my meseges in inbo I found a mesg saying tha gov jobs enquiries are activated On mobile which I don’t have any information why it was activated. Please help me to deactivate this service and get my deducted balance back.
