<p><b>Location/place</b>: ahmedabad</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo</p>company has deduct my 99 rs. balance due to download any game even i did not using internet at that time when company messaged me.99 rs. is big amount to me i want my balance refund and they are refusing even i do not able to call customer care please help.
