Dear Sir/ Madam,
I Neeraj Kuamr Holding an account with HDFC Bank Karol Bagh New Delhi (03191140032729). They did a completely unethical practice and deducted my balance on 13th March 2013 under the narration DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB13 – 34908393. While I called the customer care they said deduction is for D-Mat account usage and they can’t help me. But the question is for which D-mat account they have charged me. I am not using any D-Mat from the starting, even I don’t know my ID details as not received any details from the bank. then without any service how can they charge me? I am using this account from January 2012 and after 14 months suddenly they charged me. As I know every D-Mat is free for 1 year if customer is using and after 1 then bank should give an intimation to customer that they are going to charge for that service and if customer is agree then only they should deduct the amount. but that is a other part, here I don’t have any D-Mat so I don’t want to be charged for that. Kindly take a supportive action.
