Balance Deduction

Name of company/service: Reliance

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recharged my mobile 8287888062 with 195 rupees for free R2R calling on 12th March 2013. But I am not getting the advantage of the recharge. Balance is continuously deducting from my account and other side while I tried to speak with reliance customer care executives they did not respond properly and disconnected the call many times. it’s just disgusting behaviour of telecom companies. They are just cheating the consumers.
